Shipping and Returns

Note: COVID-19 has affected processing and shipping time. Please be mindful that shipping deliveries can be delayed.

ORDER PROCESSING

While orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, orders may take longer. Pre-Order/Restock orders will take 2-3 weeks for production and up to a week for shipping be mindful of that. Orders will be sent out in the order they are received.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

Address Changes

Please use your current address, we do not make address changes. We are responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. Once package is shipped contact UPS for any changes.

Cancelling Orders

Any order that is apart of a pre-order/restock will result in a 20% restocking fee. Meaning that you will only be refunded 80% of the order. If you would like cancel your order, please email Info@Undrrrated.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Name the order was made with
  • Email address the order was made with
  • Your request

We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our terms & conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud, plead read our terms & conditions carefully.

Returns

At this time we are currently not allowing for returns due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. For any issues please contact us by email Info@Undrrrated.com

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our client service team within 14 day days from order. Please email Info@Undrrrated.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Name the order was made with
  • Email address the order was made with
  • Your request

All returned goods must be in alignment with our usual returns policy including shipping. Articles must be unworn, unused and in a sellable condition, with all original tags attached. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for items bought at a reduced or sale price. The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Once the order has been shipped and delivered, We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Thank you.
